What do we do?

Retlaw Ventures LLC is a property and commodity investment firm specializing in residential property investments. We buy homes, “as is,” for resale or lease and pay all costs of closing. We will work with bank-owned or privately held properties as well as properties in pre-foreclosure, bankruptcy, or probate. Or properties,that for whatever reason, need to by a owner having trouble disposing of property. We will also help homeowners through the process of rescuing their homes from pre-foreclosure, if possible, at no-cost to the homeowner.

We sell or lease homes restored to good or better condition and discounted below market price. We will lease, with an option to buy, properties to individuals who, are unable to purchase a property. The key requirements for those individuals are legal right to reside in the United States for the term of the lease and proof of income.

Who are we?

We are investors. We are not credit counselors or real estate agents although we will work with agents to acquire or resell homes and will pay full commission. We represent no-one other than ourselves. And we only sell homes in which we have a financial interest
